What condition does it need to be in?
Working items in good condition are usually easiest to value, but we assess each device individually. Bring it in even if you are unsure.
What should I do with my data?
Back up anything important and sign out of Apple, Google, Microsoft, Samsung and console accounts before visiting. Do not hand over a device that still contains information you need.
